Good morning! Trust you have all had a wonderful weekend. Saturday in Melbourne was a magnificent day with the sun showing its face and giving us a wee taste of what is to come.

We are bound for Brisbane this week with two residential properties to see, a commercial project, library talk and DWC 2013! (All presentation details are on the left hand side of our blogsite.)

Let’s talk about foliage this morning. I am loving the simplicity of greenery in a beautiful vessel…Remembering that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, so sometimes an old bucket as the vessel is as stunning as a Blue and white Ginger Jar.

Magnolia leaves are among my favourite for adding greenery with their deep green and brown backed leaves, however lately I am also enjoying a variety of tropical leaves available from my local florist. Another form of greenery, making an appearance at plenty of our dinner parties, is cut herbs – We have masses of mint growing in our front garden and this, partnered with garden roses or Lily-of-the-Valley look and smell delicious. (For a more relaxed arrangement use coriander with sweet peas or something equally as soft.)

So look out all your vessels, give them a clean and set them on a self where they can become your inspiration throughout this coming season.

Have a productive week and remember to enjoy the little moments, within your full day.

Be blessed Bronnie

Hi Bronnie, I love the soft blue and grey tones of the sitting room and fireplace… how relaxing.
