We are on our family cruise. The summer outfits are out and I have booked my ‘Spa’ appointments! There is something so special and sweet about being away with the one’s you love. It reminds me of home life. Family dinners with yummy food and laughter filling the space…bliss!

Some days, like today I feel quite overwhelmed with the passion I have for ‘Interior Design’ or more defining ‘home’. The creation of the home is beautiful…A gathering of people, in their uniqueness…And it is this individuality that us ‘Interior Designers’, ‘Decorators’ and ‘Architects’ thrive off.

I love being confronted with a Client request that needs a solution. It causes me to question my design, from all angles until the answer reveals itself. It is these moments that have created opportunities to excel.

Whatever your chosen career, be true to yourself and your craft and seek out opportunities that will allow you to push forward. Be open to change. Be driven by excellence, rather than money…provision is the fruit that comes when you plant your roots in good soil and nurture your gift with new learning’s, words of affirmation and continually sow seeds of love.
