If it’s not broke…don’t fix it!

Where would we be without the good old string and pegs (or now days, wire and clips)…Most of us adults would have experienced seeing our special artwork strung up somewhere in either the classroom or home. I love the way most generations have this same memory…I love the way that the more simpler the approach the better the outcome.

I have a chapter in my new book dedicated to children’s art. Why? Because seeing the finger paintings, macaroon art and stick drawing strung from cupboard to cupboard is a season we have all enjoyed with such enthusiasm…it should be featured!…The chapter is called ‘Junior artist’ with the sub heading clip it, pin it, frame it…but don’t bin it!

Have a great Monday reminiscing!
